Increase in Companies House fees

It has been announced that there will be an increase in Companies House fees from 1 May 2024.

The fee increases are considerable, but are calculated on a cost-recovery basis so that the cost of their services are covered, but there will be no profit from the fees charged.

Increases for common services include:

• Incorporation (digital) – £50 (was £12)
• Confirmation statement (digital) – £34 (was £13)
• Voluntary strike off (digital) – £33 (was £8)
• Registration of  an LLP (digital) – £50 (was £10)
